Well this post is a bit of a special post in which I officially announce that I like men

Yep I’m gay, nothing special but even in today’s society its still difficult to come out but my friends have been amazing and so supportive even in difficult times when I was given death threats because I was gay which really makes you question humanity sometimes. I mean come on you aren’t even hot and even if I did think your hot, you like women I ain’t gonna try and bum you TWAT!

Still my news years resolution is to be more open about my sexuality so here is a kick in that direction

I went round last night to give him a visit and see how everyone was doing, to fins out that he wouldn’t stop crying and could eat for England, sounds a lot like me tbh , when I arrived his older sister and her fiance and his Dad took him out for a little walk. When they all got back I was allowed to hold him, when he fell asleep in my arms this gave his mummy to have a nap so she was happy with it.

So you see why it was fucking awesome to see the mouse!

I highly recommend seeing Hadouken! live if you can and at £10 a ticket for the gig I went to, it is well worth the money.

The Fame was a very good album and I enjoyed MOST of the songs. I say most due to the fact that Paper Gangster and Brown Eyes and even to an extent Again Again, were not my favourites and so I never listened to the album as a whole, with The Fame Monster this is not the case.

The idea behind The Fame Monster is that after 2 years in the spotlight of Fame, Gaga has written songs about the darker side of fame and the monsters she has faced within it, i think the songs do fit this idea very well and is an excellent idea in that her albums work chronologically in which The Fame was songs about wanting fame and the benefits of fame, now it is the monsters hidden within it.

The Album begins with new single Bad Romance, many have said it is like Poker Face, whilst I disagree, it is still a very upbeat, catchy club tune and is the perfect way to start an evening.
2nd is Alejandro a very different style for Gaga, yet is extremely catchy and will have you singing “Don’t call my name, don’t call my name, Alejandro” long after you had heard it and whilst not be a single, which I think it should be.
Next is Monster, for those that don’t know about the videos in the original “Fame Ball Tour” they contained Gaga playing her alias “Candy Worhol” in which The Fame eats her heart, takes her brain and eventually steals her face. Monster is essentially the musical accompaniment to these videos with the repeated line “He ate my heart” whilst the lyrics do not obviously point the out, for blatant reasons, this has Fame represented as an attractive man who later steals her heart, this can be linked to Fame in which it looks good but later consumes you.
Speechless, is meant to be a dedication to Gaga’s father, who was recently in hospital, Speechless is an awesome ballad, a million times better than Brown Eyes and I can happily listen to Speechless time and time again whereas Brown Eyes was very rarely.
Dance In The Dark is another club track and gets you moving right from the beginning and is going to be one hell of a hit.
Telephone (feat Beyonce) is a nice song which starts off quite slowly and in a sense innocently and then becomes more upbeat and Beyonce’s vocals add a very good dynamic compliments Gaga’s own vocals within the song and you can feel her emotion in the song just as much as Gaga’s one line that really shows this is “I should’ve left my phone at home, cos this is a disaster!” it really sticks in my mind.
So Happy I Could Die is another great ballad in the album and whilst the lyrics are quite smutty “I touch myself, can’t get enough.” yet the melody gives it a more innocent feel and even a happy feeling especially with the bridge “Happy in the club with a bottle of red wine, smiles in our eyes cos we’re having a good time”  which will definitely be fighting for a space within your head!
Teeth is another song with a very different style to what we’ve heard from Gaga before with a more simplistic music style which I would compare to a more carnival music style, whilst the concept is a strange one using teeth for sleeping with people it is addictive song that will having you listening again and again.

Overall I love this album and want to hear more, which could even be implied as another part of fame in which you get a load of the benefits of the fame and when they benefits fade you want more and will do anything to get more. I think this is going to be a hit from the beginning and cannot wait for more, which has been hinted in a Brazilian interview that her third album will be here next year

I’ve been thinking, Britain is facing a whole load of national debt and is increasing every second yet there is a possible way to sort this out
Scotland for a while has wanted to become an independent country again and I think we should give it to them, well with a few drawbacks.
In Scotland they get their prescriptions for free and also it is free to go to University in Scotland, yet who pays for it? The taxpayer, yes that includes the Scottish, but it also includes the English, Welsh and Northern Irish taxpayers, yet we don’t get those benefits, so if the Scottish get independence, then they lose those benefits. Whilst income would be lower the outgoings would be more beneficial in the end.
This next paragraph is a bit assumptive, based on Frankie Boyle’s satire descriptions in which almost every Scottish person lives on Benefits and every 15 year old girl is up the duff. Whilst this is not the full truth but I think that to an extent there is a high amount of people that are on Benefits, so if Scotland did become independent then we would have less outgoings and more can be spent on other areas and lower the national debt.
One feature which can be classed as sneaky but should be part of the independence is that Scotland should have their share of the national debt.

Anyway I don’t know much about politics or economics so it probably won’t work just a thought.

Anyway, I’ll find a more interesting subject later

Whilst, as usual this is a very strange, yet very Gaga, video and show the very basis of her new album in which Fame has it’s temptations, it’s appealing look, yet there are hidden monsters in the fame, I can’t remember where I read the interview but some of the monsters she included were: “The Sex Monster” & “The Alcohol Monster” and I feel this video shows them extremely well, at the beginning we have the monsters of Fame lurking out of their coffins and throughout we see how the monsters have affected Gaga, including even having Fame force feed her drink and later rip off her less revealing clothes and the vulnerability we see in a few shots of Steffani, Gaga’s real name , and that the Fame may cause us to do more things that we later regret.

Overall I think this is an excellent piece of art as are many of her publicity images, one of which I meant to post a while ago, and no matter what negative things people say about Gaga, they cannot say she isn’t a creative genius from her fashion to her music and even to the way she presents her music. There are now very few singer/songwriters that even have a theme for their albums, where as Gaga’s show a theme throughout for example “The Fame” had ideas such as the party lifestyle: “Just Dance” & “Beautiful Dirty Rich” all the way to the idea of still failed love “Nothing Else I Can Say” & “Brown Eyes”

To be honest I thought what a load of crap! We all know the difference between fantasy and reality and it is purely entertainment and it annoys me at the fact that people think that we teenagers cannot work out the difference when we can, it’s always the isolated cases that create the biggest outcry. I think adults need to calm down, many times we teens do some stupid things to escape from the tight contraints set by adults. In effect this society could be starting to fail with out generation due to the worries from the current and previous generations. THESE PROGRAMS AREN’T HARMING US, THEY’RE KEEPING US OFF THE STREETS!
